123 Organic Tequila is created from mature blue agave grown on the same ancient volcanic soils that once sustained the Aztecs. Although the land has been sustainably cultivated for centuries, the USDA's Organic Certification guarantees that 123 Tequila has been produced with an emphasis on the use of renewable resources, the conservation of soil and water, and without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Each hand-numbered bottle is crafted from recycled glass and labeled with recycled paper and natural soy inks. After an eighteen month maturation in white oak barrels, 123 "Tres" Organic Tequila Anejo offers pronounced aromas and flavors of roasted agave, caramel and citrus fruit, complemented by dried herbs, vanilla, oak and a touch of dark chocolate on the finish.
